1. Order Cancellation:

Before Shipment:

• Orders can be cancelled without penalty if the request is made in writing within 48 hours of order confirmation and before goods are dispatched.
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@triloknathtraders.com quoting the order reference number.

After Shipment:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been shipped.
• For customized, made-to-order, or specially procured products, cancellation is not permitted once the production process has started.

2. Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Goods:

• If goods arrive damaged or defective, customers must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.
• Clear photos/videos of the damage or defect are required for assessment.

After verification, we will either:

• Issue a refund, or
• Arrange for a replacement shipment, at our discretion.

Quality Discrepancy:

• If the products received significantly differ from agreed specifications, customers should inform us within 7 days of receipt.
• We will investigate the claim and, if justified, arrange a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Refunds are not applicable for:

1. Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
2. Products returned without prior approval
3. Samples or promotional items

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the return of goods (if required).
• Refunds will be made using the original method of payment or as agreed in writing.

4. Shipping Costs

• In the case of genuine defects or errors attributable to Triloknath Traders, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
• For other returns or cancellations, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
